Where to find a decent Easter Sunday dress?

I have started my search for my new Easter Sunday dress. Where in the world can I find a decent, church-worthy dress nowadays?

I like the dresses at the Dress Barn. I think it's a national chain.

My point was there aren't very many stores that have nice clothes that actually cover you up!

Make your own? I find that dresses are extremely easy to sew, and since it's going to be summer, you could get a cheap cotton.

I've had no luck at stores. I hate hate hate v-necks, so I pretty much can't wear any dress from the store.

Good Luck! Even if you go to penny's you can get either
1) A poofy prom dress
2) An old lady mumu
3) A skimpy sun dress to only be worn with a bathing suit under it
