It's based on trophy points. Right now you have 81 trophy points and you're "chirping". When you get to 100 trophy points it will change to "songster". People with this picture
have a "Premium Feather Membership" and can change theirs to whatever they want.

These are the titles and associated trophy points.

It's automated based on how many posts/comments/likes you have etc. Someone "in the brooder" is relatively new to BYC. If you have a PFM paid upgrade you can customize what it says.
