where to get chcikens from

Can anyone tell me where to get chickens from, i have two (lost one two weeks ago), I am looking to get some sussex, bluebell,plymonth rock or rhode island red, I live in the west midlands. and wanted a mix of chickens if that is ok.

I have a mix of birds, too. For me, its more fun that way. I looked on Craig's List and eBay Classifieds/Kijiji to see who might be selling chickens. Another idea is to contact people who are selling eggs online or at a farmers market and ask if they have some birds to sell. How about contacting your nearest 4H club?
