Well, no chicks are show quality. They may be out of show quality parents, but that doesn't mean the chicks themselves will grow up to be good showbirds. If you want birds to show, you're better off buying an already grown trio or pair that you can look over and assess to see if the will be show worthy.
Otherwise, try to find a good breeder who's a member of the breed club of the breed you're looking at and who shows their birds regularly, and see if they sell chicks. A lot of breeders who breed for show don't, they grow them all out, make assessments, and then sell off the ones they don't want for their flock.
If you do find one who sells chicks, you'll need to buy as many as you can, grow them out, pick the best of those to keep and hope you get lucky and some of them are show worthy.
