I am running water to my coop this weekend and was hoping to get some advice on where to put the waterer. We plan on penning the birds up in the coop at night and then letting them out in the run all day, they will obviously have access to both during the day. Should I put the waterer inside the coop, run or both. My plans were to install an automatic waterer and I was looking at this model http://www.mcmurrayhatchery.com/poultry_cup_waterer.html I am hoping that I can run this off my well water system by using a ball valve to close off the water flow, if that doesn't work then I was planning on installing a pressure reducer to get the pressure down to under 5 psi. Any suggestions? Thanks

I recommend the run. they don't need it at night as they will be sleeping and they will just make a mess in the coop.

Be careful hooking it up to pressure system. They are really made to be connected to something with natural pressure like a bucket line. If you need any help setting it up, PM me.
