Those are Red Sex Links. Depending on the parent stock, they look like what I'd call an Isa Brown. They're very friendly with most being naturally people-friendly with little to no work at all. I've gotten some RSLs at 4 months old and older who were never around people and they'll just naturally come up to me. The only downside of them is they're what I call "pack birds," which are chickens who'll stick closely like a pack and work together to fight against other birds in or out of the flock. They tend to stick high in the pecking order, especially the more there is of them and tend to peck a little harder than your average chicken. (There are a few exceptions to this, though.) They are otherwise great birds and excellent egg layers, and I typically have some in my flock (under different breed names).
