Which breeds have feathered legs?

This is just a general question about our feather-legged friends. I know Cochins and Silkies have feathered legs, but what other breeds?

My "Surprise Box" from Cackle Hatchery had several, about 1/3 at least of feather-legged ones. Just trying to identify these babes. :) One black chick with white dot on head and white tummy is HUGE! It's not feather-legged.

The French Pearl guinea keets are so cute, fast, and mean as crap!

Cochins
Silkies
Brahmas
Faverolles
Sultans
French Marans
Langshans
d'Uccles

Some of those are bantams, some standard size, some come in both sizes. And I probably missed a few, too.

This has photos of many breeds of chicks. If you find one that looks promising, look on Cackle's website to see if they have that breed too (since that page is from Meyer Hatchery.)

McMurray hatchery lets you look at a list of chicks and filter for "attributes" like feathered feet. It's another place to look at breeds, to get ideas of what you might have.

Wow, thank you NatJ!! Looks like I have some research to do. :) Nice assortment.

Lots. Marans, cochins, silkies, sultans, faverolles, brahmas, d’Uccles, booted bantams, langshans, etc….
Thank you EmmaRainboe!!! A lot of different ones for sure. Will let yall know if I come up with anything. Got 55 chicks in this Surprise Box, 5 of which are the French Pearl guinea keets. 2 have not made it, they were tiny little birds and just wouldn't eat or drink. but......... still have 48 to identify!!

Can’t forget Pavlovskaya!

Theyre not too common though. They have a beard, very feathered legs and a top hat.

ShannonsChimkins, what color are those? I have some yellow chicks that are heavily feathered legs and smooth face with, for lack of a better description, an Afro on the back of the head. Could that possibly be one?

I currently have a yellow Pavlovskaya chick. Now to find a photo…

Found a video. It’s the one to the left at the beginning, extra fluffy thing. There’s another Pavlovskaya chick in the front with the red/brown head with a black beard.

Could be, could be. Although I doubt Cackle Hatchery would have that breed. Will have to check. Thank you!! Super cute. ;)

Maybe Silkies? Silkies can have beards or clean faces, but they should always have feathered legs, a crest on the head, and they come in a variety of colors.

(But only if they grow silkie feathers. If they grow normal feathers, they cannot be Silkies.)

Sultans are supposed to have beards on their faces, but would otherwise fit: yellow chicks, feathered legs, crest on the head, grow white feathers.
