Grab it by its back leg, whirl it around your head a couple of times and let fly

Pretty much I got a plastic bag to hold its legs with so I didn’t have to touch it (don’t have gloves) and walked out on the marsh then let it fly

It's more of a question of why not.
They dig holes in the lawn, chew on tree roots and kill the trees and bushes, chew on stored things, settle concrete with their incessant tunnel digging, steal a ridiculous amount of food from the bird feeders, create giant mounds of dirt, destroy crops and gardens, etc. etc.

I've shot around 45 minimum this summer so far.
