They are rabid. You need to contact your state DNR and report them, they track animals that are rabid. At the very least, dispose of the bodies, that way no animal tries to eat it and gets sick themselves

We have and are trying our best to keep track of them but they don’t help with disposing the bodies. We have to burn or bury them ourselves because that service isn’t provided to us free of charge.
