Absolutely gorgeous.
My husband and I have a dream of sorts to visit all 50 states and experience them. I forget exactly how many but we're a little over halfway there. Haven't hit Louisiana yet but it looks amazing. A bayou tour and a crawfish boil would definitely be on the list.

My two little boys were near me when I started watching this video and they loved the alligators.

That's what we used to do. Started with just a quarter cow when we only had one kid, then a half, then a whole. Had a nice big chest freezer to put all the meat in and it lasted so long.

My grandparents always did half and I think they traded the other half for processing fee
