We get snow on the ground every few years.... I am too close to the sea to get snow that stays around

Nice. We're coming out of a drought so on average at my elevation.. about 3-4 feet per year of the white stuff.

Not enough. Yet this year has been VERY unusually wet. Lots of rain. Don't know specifically the amount. My area is a semi arid climate. Could grow cactus here.
