But, these words taken from your post is enough for me to want to squish

and they are creepy buggers

All spiders are venomous
They just use it to paralyze their prey (which includes insects and other spiders). A bite from one wouldn't cause anything more than a bit of swelling and a benadryl is all that's needed.
They typically just want to be left alone to their bug hunting anyways.

Yes, I have not been bit by a brown recluse, thankfully, but I have on several occasions witnessed others that have. It isn't pretty. Then, you have the Black Widow. I am talking about the spider one and not the human woman one. I don't know if I have ever known anyone to be bitten by them but I don't think it is that nice either.

But, maybe you are referring to that jumping jack flash spider

I am speaking about all jumping spider species. Those are too cute to be squished.

Brown recluse, black widow, and brown widow bites are certainly nasty.

When my son was small he loved spiders. So, there was this what we call a garden spider (big black and yellow thing) at the back steps. I was going to knock the web down and he said no daddy that is my friend. He is like 4. I said ok buddy. Later on I am in the house and he says look Dad. He had that big a**ed thing crawling all over his arm. I said that thing might bite you! Get it out of the house now. He said he already has already bit me several times but it doesn't hurt too much
