can’t stand all that dead space on the right side of the screen. added bonus is i don’t have to see anyone’s signature.

To honor ALL the people involved in the Donner Party I am posting this.
(The base of the statue is 22" high, the height of the snow that winter.)
If your not familiar with the story it's worth a read and a visit if your on I-80 between Reno and Sacramento (in the summer.)

It is a harrowing, tragic story. Beautiful area, but certainly deadly if unprepared. Lots of history like that up here in Gold Country.
