Which Hatchery Should I Order From?

I'm in Southern Oregon. Which Hatchery do you recommend? I will be ordering 8 RIR, 5 Bk Astralorps, 2 Speckled Sussex, 6 Delaware, 2 Barred Roci, and 2 Buff Orp.

Keep in mind most hatcheries won't have birds until Feb.

MEYER is a good choice and they also have BUCKEYES, which I think you ACCIDENTILY forgot to add to your list.

I guess you meant Barred Rocks. Ideal is closer to you, Meyer I'm seriously considering trying out. And McMurray is where I've been ordering. Heard good things about all of them. You might want to consider which one is closer to you, or should I say, has the fasting route to getting to you.

MD, are buckeyes good layers?

Meyer had good service and the birds are realy healthy I would order from them and I am thinking about ordering again.

Phinney Hatchery is in Walla Walla, WA. Their number is 509-525-2602. They don't have a web site, so I don't know what breeds they offer, but you could give them a call.

My birds were given to me but I know they came from McMurray last spring. I am seriously considering going through Ideal this spring because they carry everything I want.

this is part of the pullet pack/ the buckeye was not part of it, If your not particular about the breed, check out some of thier hatchery choice pullets/brown layers etc...
