Which hen is the best?

All good choices, I have all three. Silkies are pretty hard to resist since they are so very frienly and due to the large crest, don't get around as quickly as other breeds. The roosters are usually wonderful boy too. Faverolles are full of personality and spry. Roosters are also wonderful gentle little guys. I love d'Uccles also full of personality and very personable. I have had a few bad roos in this breed, however. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

You know there is a silkie breeder there in Lutz that has terrific birds, Bobbi Porto I have a couple of her silkies. She is a member on this forum too. You can't go wrong with one of hers.

Salmon Faverolles....I have all 3 breeds and as much as I love the Silkies I think the Faverolles are easier because they can see and get around better.
