They may have been sweet to you, but they are definitely not sweet towards other birds

Please tell me your experience, because I wanted to get more but I might rethink it. Mine were super cool to the flock and to humans. My Australorps were more mean to the flock than my Isa's.

I've had them for 11 years, they were always extremely mean, and had an extremely short life span. Definitely a heartbreak production mix

Not weird at all. This is the most common behaviour observed in ISA brown. They are spicy little things. Not good for most people

Isa browns are all of those but broody!! But they are such good birds

Thats a great name I used to have 24 a couple of their names were Fudge, Blondie, Penny, Misty, Coffee and Hennifer.

Where did your australorps come from? I have never had a mean one rooster or hen
