Which one is the best layer among these breeds?

I am a still newbie for chicken, just hatched eggs twice so far.
Ok, here is the question.
I hatched (and will hatch soon) these breeds :
1) bantam salmon faverolles - already hatched
2) french black copper marans - already hatched
3) blue/black/splash marans - in the bator, due date is April 15th
4) Ameraucanas (LF and bantams) - waiting for eggs
5) orpingtons (b/b/s and lavender) - waiting for eggs

I am planning to keep all above breeds as pets (call me crazy ^^), but I want to keep the best egg layers the largest number (10+). Which breed among them is the most hardy and lay well (summer or winter)? Also which breed's eggs taste good? (or all eggs have the same taste?)

They are all WONDERFUL heritage breeds! Each has their own qualities. Really if you just wanted "layers" you would have got sex links or something...

I have 12 EE's laying, and have 12 BBS Marans and 12 BBS Ameraucanas on the way!!

So you know which ones are my favorites... (Decent lay rates and colored eggs!)

Black Australorps are great layers of lots of brown eggs. Supposedly they are champion egg layers. Going by published data, I chose them. In England they have taken the Orpington breed toward being show chickens. The Australians took the Orpington and bred it to a utility fowl good for both eggs and meat.

Brown eggs have no special nutritional qualities over white ones, but they are now a bit of a novelty, and people think of them as more "organic" and farmer's market-like. It can be a selling point! I also think Australorps are pretty birds, large, long-bodied and black with green iridescence in their feathers. They are also easy-going and not so skittish.

I'd say orpingtons from the ones you have. RIR's are very good but my golden sexlinks are egg laying monsters, very regular layers all year.
