Which thermometer reading is right? Don’t know which one to go off on

Which thermometer was nicer and /or expensive.I would go off of that one.

Most times I would trust anything other than the one the incubator shows, but that one's showing 105.8? That seems like it's off by too much that I'd be scared to trust changing it that much.

See if you can test the little one you have along side something you know the temp of, such as a refrigerator.

The left is the thermometer/hygrometer. The right is the incubator.

Yeah I checked and I would have to drop the incubator thermostat to 96 in order for the other one to drop to around 99.5 I checked the fridge and doesn’t seem to read the right temp

Most fridges are around 38F or so. That isn't right then.
