I like the photos for on here, but if he is going to enter, he may as well enter to win. Tell him to just suck it up and reject any photos that are not in very sharp focus, (which is pretty much all of them) and to get a tripod, or use a stick or staff to steady the camera if he is shooting on the move, so to speak. Not trying to come down hard, just trying to help him take better pics, and maybe win. If he just wants to see his photo on the wall at the fair, I choose #1. Good luck, and keep us posted!

Thank you to everyone! My son and I are enjoying all your comments. I think he will enter more than 1. We are waiting for some more votes ( I do have a similar post on another forum) before making our decision. We have to enter them by the 17th of this month, but won't know results until Farm Fair which is the end of July.
