Wood dashed off, snow flailing up after her. She chased the rabbit, and got it stuck between her and a rock. She killed it quickly, then grabbed, and stalked off torwards camp.
Ice rolled her eyes. We really have to focus on the more potentially dangerous matter at hand.

"We aren't hunting!" Ice snapped. "We're fighters!"
Trotting back to the group, toes stinging with the cold, Sand struggled with a yellow object in his mouth. It was a type of waxed paper, trash from the two legs. The wind made it flop about in his face like live prey. He presented it to Ice sheepishly "My lady..." His whip-like tail lashed back and forth as he reigned in an almost uncontrollable urge to devour the cheese covered hamburger wrapper himself, paper and all

"What... is this?" Ice snorted. She was laughing too hard to be angry. "A two-leg thing?"
Wind laughed, and sniffed the paper curiously. It smelled good. But was probably poisonous like all the other two-leg junk.

Edited: Sands tipped his head back to avoid slobbering all over the wrapper. "It is a treat I had as child, my mother used to bring them to me. I see her strength in your eyes." He flinched at the comment Ice made about two legged things. "She seems repulsed", he thought. He took a deep breath and added "Not all strange things are bad. Some are very good."

"Well then, you can eat it. I don't associate with twoleg things." Her eyes darkened as she flicked her tail in dismissal. She was keeping her cool, but her good mood was dampened.
Wind continued turning his ears. "It might come..." he whispered

Sand nodded respectfully to Ice with lowered eyes and turned away. His scarred, bare skin rippled as he slinked away, tail now dragging it's tufted tip limply along the forest floor. He disappeared behind a thicket of Boston ferns with his paper.
