Embers lifted her leg and followed hobbling along. “Hey isn’t that the song they were singing a bit ago?”
Meadow nearly jumped a whole fox-length into the air.
"Shhh!" she hissed under her breath. "What are you doing here?"
A flash of lightning lit up the thunderpath ahead as she whispered.

Rumble bursts from the forest followed by Lightning and they both skid to a halt and stare in amazement at the conga line of cats. Rumble wastes no time leaping up on a boulder and singing,
"Shake, shake, shake, Senora,
Shake your body line
Shake, shake, shake, Senora,
Shake it all the time
Work, work, work, Senora,
Work your body line
Work, work, work, Senora,
Work it all the time"
Lightning stands alone, doing a cha cha with a happy smile on her face. Sands and Cherry emerge and join the line of cats doing a conga in the rain.
"My girl's name is Senora
I tell you friends, I adore her
And when she dances, oh brother!
She's a hurricane in all kinds of weather!" Rumble sings in a loud and clear tenor

Sand sang from the conga line, holding onto Cherrys beautiful, bountiful fluff,
"You can talk about Cha-Cha
Tango, Waltz, or the Rumba
Senora's dance has no title
You jump in the saddle
Hold on to de bridle!" At this last bit he throws his forelegs around Cherrys neck and hangs on tight as she carries him along, swinging her fluffy bottom to the rhythm.
Rumble continues,
"Jump in the line, rock your body in time!"
Everyone answers, singing "Ok, I believe you!"
"Jump in the line, rock your body in time!"
All the other cats sing:
"Ok, I believe you!"
"Jump in the line, rock your body in time"
Lightning begins to levitate a few feet from the forest floor, still dancing her chacha. Rumble continues as the clan dances,
"Senora, she's a sensation
The reason for aviation
And fellas, you got to watch it
When she wind up, she bottom,
She go like a rocket!"

As the eye of the hurricane passed over the camp, Tangles started to sing "I can see clearly now" by Johnny Nash.

"I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.
I think I can make it now, the pain is gone
All of the bad feelings have disappeared
Here is the rainbow I've been prayin' for
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.
Look all around, there's nothin' but blue skies
Look straight ahead, nothin' but blue skies
I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day."

Then the eye moved on and they where plunged back into the storm.

(Heron please please wake up and END this chaos! Or did he already wake up? What did I miss?)
(eye of the hurricane is actually exactly what I thought)
Drops ran through the tribe madly while Ice stared at all in disapproval.
Drops clenched the pebble in his teeth and sprayed mud everywhere in his path, soiling many a pelt.
He caught up to Rumble and yowled: "Here's your ROCK!"

Then he continued to run in an erratic pattern. Why were all the cats being stupid? There were times to dance, and there were extremely inappropriate times like this, deadly times.
"THERE IS MORE TO COME, EVERYBODY GET BACK IN YOUR DENS! HERE COMES MORE HURRICANE!" He howled loud enough for the whole camp to hear.
Just as he spoke, a dramatic, ear shattering peal of thunder broke overhead, and water hit the ground in violent torrents.
Ice shoved Cherry in her and Sand's den protectively, throwing herself in front of the entrance. She then went to dragging a confused but kinda happy Wind into the single's den.
Frog just stood in the midst of the madness.
Grass slept soundly. Stone also.
