White boil like protrusion near the eye - please help

Our easter egg layer Isabel has a white boil-like protrusion near the eye. Anything to worry about? Any guidance from the experienced chicken owners here, please?
There isn't any pus. It is soft to touch. Appeared a month ago and only near one eye. Isabel is otherwise in good health and 3 years old. Pl help!

It could be a fluid filled cyst. I would just keep an eye on it.

Just reporting back. Applied neosporin cream gently on the spot and the cyst disappeared in two weeks.
