I found her ahe is broody. We took away her eggs because there not fertile. We gave her chicken eggs. Will she hatch and raise them?

She might hatch them. She might break them. If you want them to survive, you need to take them once they hatch or risk losing many of them to accidental deaths. Broad breasted turkeys just can't help themselves and are very clumsy around little ones often accidentally stepping on them and killing them.
