White capped Piones off the cage

pet piones flew off her cage 2 nights ago and won't get back on. Cage is clean. Has food and water. And she won step up on me. Runs away instead. She is about 12 years old maybe a little older. What to do and how to get her back in her cage.

Inside or outside? Can you grab it at night and put it back?
