White comb

Hi, Yesterday I noticed a lot of white stuff on the comb of one of our RIR. I don't think it is mites but it got me puzzled what it can be.
The rest of the chicken are fine. Hope some one can identify it

It could be favus, which is a fungal infection.

Its also got it on its beak .Looks like favus.

i only have my phone to take a photo and no where within 50 km can I get something for that fungal infection

If the spots do not become tan or brown, then I would treat for favus, a fungal infection with miconazole cream applied daily. Here is what a very bad case of favus looks like with chaulky white material on face, combs, wattles:

Miconazole cream is sold at most grocery and drug stores. I bought the generic version at Walmart for my flock.

Your bird needs medication.If you can't get Miconazole cream use iodine or collodial silver cream
