White Cornish: Building a Quality, Sustainable Flock for Meat and More.....

I've never seen a side by side comparison of White Cornish and Cornish Rocks. Perhaps you could try a batch and compare with White Cornish hatchmates, both slaughtered at the prime WC butcher time.

TGP , LF White Cornish are so hard to come by,and NORMALLY so expensive that most people that can find them don't wish to make hybrids with them. They want to work towards the most beautiful birds they can achieve. I always think "Royalty" when I see a LF white cornish.

Didn't say anything about crossing, just a simple growth comparison.

Ya gotta misdirect the DW. One of the things I decided right off the bat when I started thinking about a new pen system was that I was tired of MUDDY EGGS. The DW wants a new house.
To build the house, gotta raise the elevation... Lotta dirt for the house...little dirt for the pen... Some places I've already built the ground up over 3ft. I've already got one of the highest pieces of ground in town. And I'm not done!!!!
