White crust on quail chick

Hi everyone
Today I noticed one of my 4 day old quail chicks has what looks like dry skin flakes or dots or something on the tips of her wings. The other chick doesn’t appear to have this. The chick is otherwise thriving. Does anyone know what it is? I have attached a photo
