White dots on my roosters comb. Any idea what this is. He is acting fine & he has 14 hens who do not have this issue. One hen bleed in the laying box

Very handsome fella. Looks to me like dry skin, or maybe some healing skin from a tiny cut or scrape. Do you mean the hen lays an egg and there is blood on the egg?
