White EE 8 wks Pullet or Cockerel?

Mim is an 8 weeks old EE, I'm not sure if it is a she or he...any help would be appreciated.

I am very very new to keeping chick's.
From what I have seen on here and taking a novices guess I would guess pullet. But hey what do I know.
All you experts feel free to correct me/ educate me
