I have a Wyandotte and 6 black sex links. They started laying July 5 and we have well over 100 eggs to date. All brown. Today I pulled a larger than normal white egg from the nesting box. Is this normal?? Or is something else bumming my nesting boxes?

A picture of the egg might help. If your Wyandotte laid a double yolker egg the pigment would be stretched to cover a larger egg and appear almost white. Does it have a double yolk?

It's been a while since my original post. But here is a picture. My Wyandotte does lay a lighter shade of brown and this does appear to be a double yoker.
