All Silver Pied birds have two copies of the WE gene.

Only one has what are called white eyes!

All Silver Pieds carry two copies of the WE gene. IBBSSP will have more overall color than an IBSP. The only difference is that the SPWE will have a splotchy white dot for an eye whereas a 'good' WE will be a nice well-defined dot, not a splotch.
