Hi, I had posted over in breed identification a while back asking what breed and sex my chicks were. Both ended up being female. One is very clearly a Black Australorp, Sweetpea. The other was sold as a Buff Orpington, Buttercup.
The "Buff Orpington" was way too dark in color once I had her for a week or so and I posted on here. She was identified as a White Laced Red Cornish and when I look up pictures, she is the spitting image of them.
I was wondering how big WLRC get, because Buttercup seems to be significantly smaller in size compared to Sweetpea in terms of growth.

My whole flock is in that picture. I'll crop it to the relevant birds
Edit: Just added a second picture

Here are some if my bantams. They fit nicely for nesting in those black rubber water buckets tsc has.

She could definitely be a bantam. Her growth rate is pretty slow, although she is still growing.

I'm thinking she's about full grown height wise. She might get another couple ounces (think females max out at about 2 pounds and males 2.5-3) but is expect her to be taller if she was a standard

Are bantam chicks a smaller size as chicks? Because my girls were the same size for a while until my Australorp pulled ahead with growth
