White leghorn bantam or OEG

What do you guys think? I can't tell. My friend got him in a bantam assortment.

It has red earlobes..not a leghorn-they always have white

Between the option of leghorn and oegb, I would say it is an oegb. As already said, leghorns have white earlobes and this little guy clearly has red earlobes.

I looked back at the hatchery and they also have white Japanese bantams. Could he be that or is he probably a white oeg? I can take a better picture of his tail if you want. It comes up in what I once heard called a "Squirrel Tail". With the one tall long sickle and fan looking tail coverts.
