White leghorn question about tail feathers.

Thats what I was thinking and hoping for both pullets. That tail sticking up was what got me to Questioning. My Rhode Island Red which is also in question had quite the wattle and comb when it was the leghorns age and still does compared to the other two RIR. He/she is 9 weeks now almost 10.

Definitely a rooster. He's a handsome boy!
