White liquid leaking from vent? Help with treatment. TY

So new development she is currently passing a soft egg. As I was typing that she pushed out egg yolk and white along with todays egg (I’m assuming).

At this point do I need to worry about sour crop should her crop start draining on its own?

Sorry for all the questions! She seems to be in much better spirits now.

I should add it doesn’t appear the yolk broke inside of her, it broke once it hit the ground.

She needs calcium asap. I would give her calcium gluconate or a calcium tablet. Id do that daily for a week. It's good she passed it, but she needs calcium to avoid it happening again. That would explain the prolapse.

As for the sour crop - it's a symptom of something else that's causing her crop to stop up. It could be any number of things, really. Here's a good article that I found helpful: https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

I would give her a 500mg calcium + vit D tablet to help her pass all the egg material and help with the soft shell eggs.

thank you! She is currently gobbling up egg, Greek yogurt, and calcium. I’ll keep an eye on her crop!!

Thank you all so much.

This is Lemonade, she is nearly 1.5 years old. I went out this evening to check on everyone and noticed she looked uncomfortable. I picked her up and found what appeared to be a prolapsed vent and some white diarrhea. SEE PICTURES, her vent was out more than it is in the pictures. I brought her in and promptly soaked her in Epson salts and applied honey to her vent. I am newer to chickens, she is from my first ever batch of chicks last year. She has been healthy otherwise. Of course, she is our best and most friendly chicken.
I do not have anyone else with these symptoms, as far as I know, she has been eating and drinking, her crop is not empty, it's the end of the day here. I have 23 hens, and just realized we have a new rooster (he is not exhibiting rooster behavior yet, but it's only a matter of time). The chickens have a large coop inside of our barn with two different roosting areas, a combo of pine shavings, and hemp bedding at the moment. I am currently sourcing hemp, I love it. They have an outdoor run but for the most part they free-range all day. I rarely have them fenced in unless someone is not home. They have multiple water sources that are cleaned at least every other day if not daily, although they do drink from the horses water troughs which are not cleaned out as regularly, once a week or so. There are 3 different feeder stations with Blue Seal Extra Egg Layer pellets, I will be changing the feed to All Flock with the discovery of Kevin.

Any idea what I am dealing with here? Also, treatment ideas are much appreciated.

I'd get some Calcium Citrate with D3 and give her 1 tablet daily for a week.
The leakage is likely album mixed with urates, not Vent Gleet.

Amoxicillin is a good idea to give to help prevent infection of the oviduct. Dose is 57mg per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 7-10 days.
