There are Marans and Red Sexlinks, could this produce my chick??

Yes. Golden Buff, "Cinnamon Queen" etc. are all names for red sexlinks.

Kinda looks that way. Still have the spots? If indeed it is a sexlink X Marans, wait a while longer until you see obvious wattles etc. as the Leghorn portion of the sexlink can get some pretty large combs. I don't mean to give you potential false hope, just compare to the others of same age/coloring.

Yes you can still see them but I think eventually they'll be covered by the white feathers.
