White out of Gold Neck?

I'm getting white out of gold neck, all the birds I have are gold (booted) so what's up? Will the white breed true? If I get a pair

they say the gold necks take awhile to mature and get the gold color just might take time

I've had gold for 3 years, one of the chicks in this batch is white (this pic is when they are less than a week old) you can see the white one. I thought the gold would show up but has not, and I have a different hatching with more white ones

you can see the gold in the pics, never had white show up before, and I have not added any new blood
