First of all this is my first time posting here so hello! I have been using this forum for years to help my chickens so thanks for all helping others with their pets in this forum.

Just this morning i discovered these weird protuberance inside my chicken beak (photos below) and also a white patch. Recently my chicken has been passing throught sour crop (cured 1 month ago) and bumblefoot (healing in process). I suspect the white patch probably could it be residual yeast but not idea about the weird protuberance. Currently my chicken is active, her breath doenst smell bad and she has been eating although not yesterday something that normally i dont worry about because she is extremely picky with her food and she usually refuse to eat if she is bored of the same food (although i usually rotate her food to evoid that) i would take her to the vet but right now its closed and ill have to wait until monday at least.

I would like to have an idea and sugestions about what is affecting my hen.

Update:

I just discovered that the white patch its just the same injury than the white protuberance just not raised in the same way. I think those are injuries. Yesterday i had to file her beak because she already have it pretty long and sharp. Its not the first time i file her beak but yesterday she was very reticent and she was moving a lot so probably there was friction inside her beak (She hasnt be able to naturally file her beak. Due her conditions she has been in my chicken nursery enclosure)

I'll gonna put her mouth cream antibiotics while she heal.

I'm not clear on how this could be injury from filing down the beak? Did you file that far up inside the beak? Usually filing down is just mainly at the end of the beak to help smooth and gently round a beak that is too long.

The spot of the left side of her beak (her left) could be Candidiasis (Thrush) due to the sour crop. How did you treat the sour crop?

If there's a bad odor, then it may be the beginning of Canker.

Not sure what to make of the right side (her right), I don't recall seeing anything like that before.

I agree with you, I think I would try an anti-fungal to see if that helps, that's unless you detect a rotten odor, then you'd want to consider treating as Canker.

Oh no no i didnt file her beak that deep, just the tip. She was very distressed about it but i had to file her beak tip because she was already having problems to grab her food. I also very confused about how that make those injuries but for now its the most likely unless she has found something else to hurt her mouth.

I treated her sour croup with Ketoconazole 20mg every 12 hours for 7 days, i tried to find Nystatin but i wasnt able to find it. After that she fully recovered.

And thanks for the advices. And yes i will be monitoring her breath and how those injuries evolve. I also gonna buy Metronidazole in case it is Canker.
