White peachick white dark feathers

had this happen once with some of my whites ( from a pure white pen ) and they all grew out of it and ended up pure white so go figure on those !

The Black Shoulder cock in the back, if he looks like this and is White Eye then he is probably IBBS split Silver Pied. Pair him to a White hen split BS and the chicks will be IBBS Pied with a few Whites

The off springs would be pieds, whites AND dark pied. AND BS pied, BS dark pied or not?

Yes, just like the chicks in your pic. You would also get White BS although you wouldn't know until after test breeding to see if it is really BS or not. The offspring of the chicks will take us off into the weeds trying to figure them out.
