White pekin mallard mix???

Hi duck peeps!
I have two female white pekins who were breeding about a week ago with a mallard. Sofar my ducks have been excellent brooders so I am just going to leave it be and let them take care of it themselves. Never hatched ducks before but have hatched chickens.
Am I doing the right thing?
How do I know if the eggs are actually fertilized?
Help is appreciated!!

If they are in a secure place, then sure let them hatch, you can check fertility in eggs by cracking one open and checking for a bullseye.
