White poo cap

One of my hen's poop has a white cap is it anything to worry about

Only one of your chickens has it? But brown with a white cap is quite usual. As long as its not really bloody it's fine. About every 8-10 poos you might get a small amount if intestinal bloody stuff. That's normal. Here's more explanation.
