white potato vine - poisonous ?

bought a white potato vine plant - per internet it is a member of the nightshade family - is it poisonous to chickens ? I had planned to put in near the coop, but you know they will pick off the leaves if they can -

It is poisonous and I wouldn't use it near the chickens

Nifty site! I love how it even determines the parts of the plants that are bad.... like tomato vines are posted...tomato fruit isn't. Potato young growth is listed, but I figured that was bad anyway.
