White rock? Golden comet?

Okay guys I have another little cockerel from the same Meyer hatchery shipment I’m not sure about. At first I thought he was a leghorn but his brown patches on his wings and stocky build have me doubting that assumption. Let me know what you guys think!

I would go with red sex link cockerel, because of the leakage, not sure if WPR occasionally carry leakage in lower quality lines though
