White rock roo with foot infection?

Got a year old roo and his foot seems infected,thought it was bumble at first but the whole foot pad area and middle knuckle are swollen and warm to the touch. Was thinking that he may had broke a toe or hurt himself jumping off the roost but dont know. Anyone with any ideas?

I also have a White Rock roo with a broken toe on each foot and bumble foot. It has been heck trying to get rid of it. Shots of penicillian and cleaning of the bumble foot are routine..... Bumblefoot will have a scab at the location of infection, can be on the pad, on a toe joint or between the toes etc....
