We originally purchased him as a pullet this summer, but he has proven to be otherwise. He is around 5 months old and he has a very good temperment. I really wish to not get rid of him but we need to because of how small he is in comparison to our other birds.

Just some friendly advice ~ Silkies are all around very docile birds and get along well with other breeds of birds. We even turn our lion heads out with them from time to time if its nice out and we are wanting every one out of the barns to clean pens or enjoy the weather. As long as he is not being picked on by your other birds i wouldnt worry about his size :)
