White stuff on rooster's comb

Hello -

I wonder if anyone has seen this white stuff on a comb before? Is it nothing (just dry skin) or something that needs to be treated?

Smooth a little oil on it and see if it disappears. If it does, it's just dryness.

X2, it is probably dry winter skin on the comb. It should go away on it’s own, or with use a cream or coconut oil, but if not, miconazole or monistat cream can be used for treatment of fungus or favus.
