Who can it be now? (If not a french black marans)

Okay, this lady was hatched around March 28th, sold to me as a French Black Marans, I puchased 2 of them. Now at 13 weeks the two look very different. It was established they are both pullets, one girl has typical marans traits. But this little lady is a mystery. Please, help solve.

Correct as usual.

The only other case would be hatchery quality marans. Since they breed for quantity opposed to quality - you will see marans sometimes without leg feathers or lancets. But usually not without both, as is the case here.

Yup. It also looks to me like this bird has a modified pea comb
 
So we have a OE verdict? I'm not gonna lie, this makes me giddy. Now I can check that one off of next years wish list. Fingers crossed the FBM gives me dark eggs. My Cuckoo Marans has given me 3 eggs so far, each darker than the last, but still small.
