Who Else Did NOT Roast a Turkey Today?

I roasted a duck and a chicken, with my favorite stuffing inside. I plan on ham for Christmas and ribeyes for New Year's Eve. Yummy!
 
We went vegetarian:

Ciabata/chestnut stuffing
Mushroom gravy w/4 types of mushrooms
Roasted green beans & garlic
Huge fruit salad w/tamarind sauce
Garlic mashed potatoes
Corn pudding
Cream of mushroom soup
Cranberries
Pumkin-bourbon cheesecake w/bourbon whipped cream
