Woooo weightwatchers... Lost 3 lbs this first week that I'm back on the program (doing it online). I did weightwatchers about two years ago and lost about 20 pounds but have since then gained it all back. And THEN some.

It's been hard at times, because I really do love my food. Thai food and chinese food is something I'm especially missing and I know I'm going to break down here and there. But I did good today, I even have 5 points left over from my daily quota of 28 points, and I'm full so won't be using them! But that's because I decided to have another salad for dinner (mixed greens, roasted red peppers, roasted zucchini, and grilled salmon YUM!)

Feel free to share you favorite weight watchers recipes and tricks and experiences!
 
I plan on getting back on the program this month. Waiting for my check so I can start going to meetings again. I lost 40+lbs last time, but fell off the wagon then cancer. Need to get back to it eating all the stuff I'm suppose to eat not the stuff I want to eat, lol. Starting to wean myself off Dr.Pepper.

I can use all the support I can find!!

I'm not doing the meetings. But my bff is doing the online WW with me so we help out each other and it makes life a whole lot easier.

I started 6 weeks ago. In the first 4 weeks I lost 11.2 lbs!

I am happy. Then the last 2 weeks....Easter and all......we have not had a meeting. I know that I did not gain any weight, but I doubt I have lost any either.

I'd love to keep up this thread.

My program is a 19 week program that is offered through my DH's work. They pay for most of it and we pay $5 each week directly off his paycheck. We can't beat that deal.
