Who else plays an instrument?

I struggle at playing the piano and guitar, I don't read music so it's a slow learning process. I have four guitars and my favorite is my acoustic. And I prefer my upright piano (it's an antique!) to my electronic keyboard.

I play Five string Banjo and Piano. I love to play progressive banjo tunes from Bela Fleck to Jens Kruger along with some classics from Scruggs, Crowe, etc. I love to listen and play classical music like: Debussy, Ravel, Brahms, Chopin, Bach, Beethoven, etc.

Current piano piece I'm learning/reading is "Pavane pour une infante defunte" by Ravel. :)

Moonlight Sonata and Fur Elise are my favorites from Beethoven!

I play recorders of all sizes, from garklein to great bass. Also play the krumhorn, cornamuse, cornetto and gemshorn. I love early music and generally think all music written after 1700 is worthless (just joking!). Medieval and Elizabethan Renaissance music are my favorites. I used to play the piano and harpsichord but not much any more. I also occasionally play the trombone and oboe, which I learned in high school many moons ago, and have just bought a used cornet to learn. I have never played any stringed instruments other than the mountain dulcimer. I also play English handbells in my church handbell choir. I think I probably win the prize for playing the most instruments no one has ever heard of and fewer people care about.
